Our wonderful patients have been so generous in their feedback, and provided us with confidence that we’re one of the best chiropractors in Rochester NY, though Doctor Sara is so Modest, I doubt we could get her to say it out loud. We’re certainly one of the highest rated Chiropractors on Google, and that’s not by accident. We don’t farm reviews, we do our best to make sure each visit is what our patients need. Doctor Sara takes her time with you to make sure your experience is five stars!

The best chiropractor in western NY. She truly cares about what’s hurting and gets right to helping you. It’s so easy to get in either with the self scheduling option or just calling. I called last minute she got me right in while she was with a patient. To be able to answer the phone and accept another patient and be seen in ten minutes is amazing. I have even brought my kids with me before. I tell her I think about her all the time and it’s the truth. I also admire that she doesn’t try and sell you a huge treatment plan she works with everyone’s personal needs and I legit recommend her to anyone that says they are in pain. I never leave reviews but this was a must. I wish her business all the success in the world she truly is life changing.
Sara welcomed me immediately when I walked into the door with a smile and firm handshake. Sara and I sat down and discussed everything that was going on with me, Sara was extremely thorough and listened very well. Sara explained everything that was being done to me. I felt so much better after leaving the office. Thank you Sara! I’ll see you soon.

This was an incredible experience. Dr. Sara is thorough and knowledgeable. She explained everything she was doing and why. I felt incredibly good afterwards, but she did tell me it wouldn't last. I knew this from the plethora of research I did prior to the appointment. When your body has found a zone it wants to stay there. It will take time. I knew that and Dr. Sara was upfront about it. This is a first step, and like all first steps, I must take second, third and continuous steps for full recovery. I'm just so happy to have taken this first step with such a caring, knowledgeable and kind person.

I visited Dr. Blonsky for severe back pain and she was able to get me in for an appointment the same day! I didn't expect a miracle and I was very appreciative that she listened to me (and my back). I know injuries take time to heal, but Dr. Blonsky was genuinely determined to help relieve some of my pain today. It's hard to find doctors who are willing to help you and not rush you in and out of their office.Dr. Blonsky was kind, she listened and talked to me through treatment to explain what she was doing and why. It was an all around good experience that didn't break the bank, either.

Dr. Sara Blonsky takes the time to get to know you, what brings you in and provides actionable steps to help improve your mobility, flexibility, pain, etc. The days/times offered for appointments allow you to get in when it is convenient for you and the knowledge Dr. Blonsky has makes you feel extremely well cared for. Dr. Sara had my trust from the start when I was greeted with an inclusive welcoming environment. This continued though our appointment and she shared insight and knowledge that I wasn't able to get from other medical professionals.After my visit/ adjustment I felt like I was floating and I could feel my hip and shoulder be in a different spot from where I was holding it before. I felt like I had a really good workout. I could actually sleep on my back and I woke up with 0 pain feeling like a million bucks. Dr. Sara adjusted my feet and could not believe the difference. I didn't even realize how tight I was. Dr. Sara gave me some tips for me to practice and try out and informed me of potential long term effects of not correcting it - what she described was exactly what my grandmother went through so, I know this to be accurate!Hands down the best chiropractor I have been to! The experience I had at Blonsky Chiropractic was one of the best I have ever had. The office is comfortable and I was greeted by Dr. Sara herself and taken directly into the treatment room. She immediately began a thorough exploration of my history, getting to know my needs and concerns. She was thoughtful and considerate and personable. She wanted to know which adjustment methods I preferred and ensured that all of the procedures she performed were tolerable and comfortable. I left the office feeling not only better physically but feeling like I have greater control of my own outcome. The office is clean and fun yet professional. I would give Dr. Sara and Blonsky Chiropractic a 10 if it was allowed.
I've been seeing Dr. Sara for 3 weeks now and am so happy with the experience! I've always been very shy about anything with my body or health, but her office is very welcoming, and she immediately made me feel comfortable (and not judged at all for some of the bad posture habits I've picked up!) The price is more than reasonable for the amazing experience every time!! My back has been in pain for years and since I've been going I feel better and taller and doing things like just going to work has been much easier!! Shes very confident with her treatment, and her office is also an obvious safe space for me as a queer person and, I literally can't recommend it enough! 💙🌈
